You will then need to send your unit to us to be upgraded. Payment can now be made either by including a cheque with the unit or by using PayPal.

Please ensure all units sent to us for upgrade are carefully packaged preferably in the original carton as supplied. Videotec cannot accept responsibility for units received damaged on arrival.

Due to time and materials involved, we regret there will be a charge for repacking any units which in our opinion are inadequately packed prior to return.
