COVID-19 Notice:

Videotec continue to operate as an Authorised Service Centre. Customer collection and delivery of units is now also possible in addition to deliveries and collections by commercial carriers. However, in order to reduce any human interaction during the current pandemic and to maintain social-distancing, this will be restricted to our outside drop-off and collection point. We have carriers in place as always to return units once repaired if required.

All engineers are carrying out even more stringent hygiene and safety precautions, including the wearing of additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and are thoroughly cleaning work areas, tools, and are replacing disposable gloves in between each job, and at regular intervals. All staff are also observing strict social-distancing of at least 2 metres at all times.

Mail order delivery and collection services of units continues as per normal at this time, although most carriers now no longer require signatures at either end.

Parts supply also continues as per normal at this time. Videotec will continue to follow all Government advice and regulation.
