ServiceAs an Authorised Service Centre (ASC) for Pioneer, we are able to undertake repairs both inside and outside of warranty for their entire DJ range. Unlike non-authorised service centres, we have access to discounted prices on genuine spare parts supplied directly from Pioneer - savings which we pass on to you, our fully equipped workstations undergo regular inspections and our engineers receive regular training and service information updates from the manufacturer. This all comes together to ensure that we provide you with the very best service possible. Our typical repair times are within 3-5 working days, and we are able to undertake repairs on two different job types, these are: Under WarrantyShould your unit still be under warranty, we can repair it and return it back to you free of charge, providing that it is accepted under the terms and conditions of Pioneer's manufacturers warranty. ChargeableFor units which are outside of the manufacturers warranty, be it due to age or accidental damage, we can undertake repairs on a chargeable basis. For a fixed charge (estimate fee - see below) we will fully inspect your unit, and provide you with a written estimate via email, detailing the work required and the costs for the parts and labour involved to repair your unit, and bring it up to current specification. The cost of the estimate fee will be deducted from the total cost of the repair on the estimate. However, should you decide not to proceed with the repair, this charge will be retained in order to cover some of the costs and time spent inspecting your unit.
In order to have your unit repaired by us, we kindly request that you fill in our online service form, which will enable you to supply us with all of your information, provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, and explain all of the necessary details. |
